National Taco Day!

Inhale tacos? No problemo! In honor of National Taco Day, we’re focusing on the food of the day.  Tacos are an all-around perfect option for a mid-week dinner. It’s an easy-to-prepare dish that can serve few or many, be made hearty or light, and is versatile enough to please every palette. Since we’re in the swing of a new season (our favorite season!), we’re focusing on three taco recipes that ignite our appetite for a hearty, warm meal. Pumpkin spice isn’t the only spice perfect for fall – enter, paprika and chili.

Roasted Butternut Squash and Black Bean Tacos w/Chipotle Lime Crema

Full of fiber and flavor, this gluten free, vegan taco recipe is a healthy and hearty take on the taco. Add cheese if desired! Not only does this dish taste good, it looks gorgeous too!

The Perfect Taco Soup

Fall calls for stews, chili and soup to warm you up from the inside out. This take on a taco is perfect for a cool evening and is the perfect leftover! 


Baked Spicy Chicken Tacos

Easy peasy. Cook up the contents of this taco, dish into taco shells and bake to completion. This recipe is a perfect filling meal for a large family or group of friends alike.
